Over the years, SMT has been very successful in helping our dental clients build strategic web campaigns to attract new patients, as well as maintain their current referral business. In fact, company president, Dave Larson, wrote a book based on our experiences entitled “Dental Websites Demystified.” In the book, Dave teaches dental professionals how to build a rock solid online presence, spot the best online marketing opportunities, and engage with their existing and future patients.
While at a Continuing Education (CE) event in Cocoa Beach, FL, we were approached by a professor at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He was impressed with the book’s content and felt it matched their current curriculum being taught at the college. In addition, he liked how the book gave an unbiased evaluation of the Digital marketing space, allowing for the reader to select their own path to market their practice.
Dave was then asked if the professor could share the book with the upcoming graduating class. After the conference, SMT mailed 84 complimentary copies of the dental marketing book to Gainesville, FL. We want to empower each student with the lessons we learned about what it takes to build a strong dental practice and market it effectively. We were thankful for the opportunity that the University of Florida College of Dentistry provided to allow us to introduce and aid their 2014 graduating class.
